FILLING, EMPTYING AND DOSING LINES
We perform the repair of leaks detected in filling, emptying and dosing lines, for breakage, oxidation, etching, etc., both in liquid transfer pipes and in the annexed elements such as valves, flanges, accessories, measuring systems , Counters and supporting elements.
INDUSTRIAL PUMPS
We repair all types of industrial pumps (centrifugal, mechanical, metering, magnetic, pneumatic, etc.) in situ or in our installations, evaluating at all times the viability of the repair and notifying the client the most feasible options (repair or replacement).
TANKS
According to the current regulations on storage tanks, MANUEL ROMEU, S.L. performs the revision and annual washing of tanks in PRFV and in thermoplastic materials (Polypropylene, Polyethylene, etc.).
Also, in these tanks, we perform leakage repair by chemical attack, corrosion or breakage, using different methods depending on the type of material of manufacture of the tank. We add tubing, auxiliary outlets, visual levels, pendulum or electronic levels.
BUNDED TANKS
We repair leaks and cracks located in bunded tanks (PRFV and thermoplastic materials).
WASHING, FILTERING AND DEODORIZING EQUIPMENTS
We carry out maintenance and cleaning of washing and deodorization towers, ranging from the replacement of filling elements, unsealing of sockets, ducts, spray nozzles and drop retainers, to the change of activated carbon for deodorization and filter elements in filtration equipment (sleeves, cartridge or bag).
EXHAUST HOODS AND GAS COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Replacement by wear and tear, of motors, turbines, bearings, transmission elements, in centrifugal extractors in plastic and metallic materials.
Repair of gas hoods by welding or replacement of damaged areas.
PLASTIC BOILER
Repair of vats, hoods, containers, tanks, drums, collection boxes, protective cabinets, machinery protections, trays, cabins, Laboratory accessories, packaging machines, decanters, priming boilers in thermoplastic materials (PVC, PP, PE, PVDF, METHACRYLATE and PET)
